Amazing place for a few days with family. The owners are always at hand and helpful Our kids loved access to multiple rooms. Loads of toys and board games. Dining room and living room.

Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Would be great to have detachable showers

The location was perfect for Musselburgh racing. The room was spotless, and our stay was very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We opted for breakfast in the morning, and I would recommend it. At an additional cost of £10 it was excellent value.

Everything was perfect.
