"didnt think it was value for money,"

It's always a pleasure to stay at this lovely guest house. The rooms are lovely, the breakfasts delicious and the hosts friendly. Plenty of hot water at any time and a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. The location has been perfect for us visiting family in Portobello.

The breakfast was lovely and so was the location. Alice and Kevin, the owners, were very friendly and helpful.
