Beautiful apartment set in the heart of Quinta - Newly Refurbished

Great conditions. Great bed and mattress. Great kitchen. Excellent location near beaches- by car. There are two walking distance restaurants. The pool is great for grownups and the kids pool is also amazing.

I stayed in this apartment with my husband. Such a great central location and perfect what we needed, great value too! The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We will most definitely be returning

We had a terrible experience. This accommodation was nothing like the listing described, and we left after only one night due to the appalling conditions. 1. Cockroach infestation: We were horrified to find an 8cm cockroach living in the bathroom cupboard, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene standards. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one advertised as high standard. 2. Mold issues: Bathroom cupboard upstairs was filled with mold, which left a revolting smell throughout the bathroom. Mold poses serious health risks, especially for families with children, like ours. Even the baby pillow provided was moldy, which is very concerning. 3. Noise pollution from restaurant: The apartment is situated directly above a Thai restaurant, which was never disclosed in the listing. The loud industrial ventilation system attached to the apartment's wall caused constant noise inside, especially in the living room and bedroom where our baby couldn't sleep. 4. Run-down furniture and filthy sofa: The beds in one bedroom were so worn out that fake leather was flaking off onto the sheets. The sofa was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned in ages. 5. False advertising on amenities: no hairdryer, the air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom without windows,.. 6. Windowless third bedroom, inconvenient to be asked not to flush toilet paper when no extra bin bags are provided,... In conclusion, the apartment was falsely advertised and failed in basic hygiene, comfort, and safety. We told the owner right away about all points mentioned above, however the owner didn’t seem at all concerned and pretended not to believe us even after we sent detailed photo and video proof via booking about the above mentioned points. We didn’t want this to ruin our holiday and decided to leave after just one night and booked elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this property.
