Beautiful apartment set in the heart of Quinta - Newly Refurbished

The location is quiet and it is close to a few golf courses. There's access to a small swimming pool that is refreshing in the hot summer.

When me and my family got to the apartment it was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dust everywhere, dirty floors, toilets were not clean and there was dirty underwear in the bin that hadn't been emptied. When we complained to the owner the situation was resolved and the apartment was clean but we had to wait 6 or 7 hours for the situation to be resolved. With a small 2 year old baby it was a less than Ideal situation. The first night was very stressful without it needing to be. The rest of the apartment is a bit outdated and with a little bit more maintenance it could be in a much better state for the guests that use it, but it seems that it's was only bought as an investment to make money out of the tourist that goes to a supposedly fancy area of the county (but not a fancy apartment). There's nothing in the surrounding area apart from a few overpriced shops, an Irish restaurant and drunk English. The apartment is a bit overpriced for what it offers. Better to pay a bit more and just book an apartment at the Hilton Vilamoura with much better facilities, services and surrounding area.

We had awful issues with the power. We could not use the air conditioning without the power failing. If we wanted to use the hairdryer we had to unplug everything else. Air conditioning could not be used in one room and the showers were also cold as a result. There are no windows in either bathroom meaning when the power went (which it did a few times) we were left in the dark in the shower until we could try figure out how to turn the lights back on.

Atrašanās vieta ir jaunizveidotā golfa laukumu ciematā, visa apkārtne ļoti skaisti iekārtota! Nakstsmītne atrodas 30 dzīvokļu mājas vidusdaļā ar ieeju no sāniem. Dzīvoklis ir ar lielās istabas balkonu un zemstāvā ar divu guļamistabu balkonu. Dzīvoklis ir aprīkots ar visu nepieciešamo, un patr vēl vairāk....paldies par to! Nav tiešas izejas uz pagalmu. Lai nokļūtu pie baseina, ir jāiet apkārt mājai. Pagalmā ir labs baseins ar mazu bērnu daļu, un vietu pieaugušajiem ar dziļumu 2.00 metri. Pie mājas atrodas Thai virtuves restorāns ar lielisku virtuvi un personālu. Jūra atrodas pavisam netālu, bet vajadzīgs transports, lai tur nokļūtu. Izmantojiet Uber, tam ir labas cenas un labs serviss.

Nebija nekādas informācijas no īpašnieka par to, kur meklēt dzīvokli un kā tur nokļūt! To vajadzētu šiem īpašniekiem ņemt vērā, citās vietās, kur mēs Portugālē palikām, viss tika pasniegts, kā uz paplātes! Dzīvoklis bija uz ātru roku iztīrīts, jo no slapjās lupatas bija izveidojusies peļķe uz grīdas! Dzīvoklī ir daudz skudru! Atstāt kādus produktus uz zemes vai miskastē, nav ieteicams. Lielās istabas viena loga žalūzija bija saplīsusi.

El apartamento está equipado Con todo lo necesario y se ve cuidado. La distribución en dos plantas, con los dormitorios abajo me pareció bastante cómoda. Ambas plantas tienen una terraza con mobiliario para poder tomar el Sol o pasar un rato. Hay una piscina comunitaria que, aunque no usamos, se ve muy bien y tiene un buen jardin. Hay también un restaurante tailandés en la puerta con muy buena pinta.

Las almohadas de las camas. El colchón cómodo pero las almohadas demasiado blandas, finas si te ponías una, alta si te ponías dos. El wifi, eché en falta una tarjeta con la contraseña. Por más que intenté con lo que ponía detrás en el Router, no lo conseguí.
