GBGBThe property was beautifully presented and exceptionally clean. The pictures don’t do it justice! It is in a fantastic location on the canal- perfect for a morning walk. The rooms were spacious and there is a bathroom on each floor. I would highly recommend for a big family or a group of friends. I will certainly be booking this property again!
GBOur stay here was absolutely amazing! The home was beautiful, spacious, and truly felt like our own for the week. Everything was spotlessly clean and stylishly modern, with warm, cozy lighting that made our family evenings on the sofa so special. The location was perfect — we loved our canal walks with the neighbouring swans, and the friendly smiles from locals made us feel so welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) — we enjoyed pancake and full English breakfasts, lots of oven bakes, and hot drinks every evening. The kids had a blast playing games on the TV and hide and seek around the house, while my mum really appreciated the excellent laundry setup and drying racks. The bathrooms were spotless, and everyone slept like babies after what was a busy wedding week for our family. Parking was so convenient for all our visitors and family, and being just 5–10 minutes away from everyone gave us the perfect mix of privacy and closeness. This home truly became our haven for the week. Best believe we’ll be repeat guests — whenever we’re in Yorkshire, this will be our go-to home away from home if it’s available. We’re eternally grateful for the comfort and care that went into this space; it radiated true northern hospitality, and we felt it in every detail.

GBEverything was fantastic with this property. High speck and great location for my son's wedding at East Riddlesden Hall. Fab,views, and bathrooms on both sleeping kevels . Canal views beautiful. Will definitely book again.
