ZAThe caretaker was there and met us the gate
The host sent us messages warning that we are making noise and neighbors are complaining and she will fine us R2000, we were not happy at all cause we were 3 couples and talking softly we even played music from the tv. We were not comfortable at all in such a way that we didn't stay that much in a venue, everyday we bated and go out to have fun. We went down the road to number 69 Lagoon my sisters place because they allow the music.

Curtains in main bedroom about 500mm too long, fitted incorrectly(through string and not hook loops) (binding won’t last) - curtains wont last a year if not tailored, Cupboard door and the frame is off the wall at the kitchen(washing machine pipe goes in there) its literally leaning against the wall at an angle. 2nd bathroom door top hinge (needs bigger screws) sliding door is the biggest issue - no wheels / broken and comes off the track. Two new aircons have outlet pipes, and when on must it MUST have a bowl to catch water up from the condenser, otherwise water runs all over the floor (issues in the long run) But all this is for the owner to know about and not criticism.

The fact that we are restricted into making noise yet we on vacation. That didn't make sense for me bt anyways rules are rules. They also need to have bigger aircons for the rooms nt those portable ones and fans.

The property was lovely Few repairs to be done. The shower door next to the twin rooms is not closing properly. Door handle needs to be fixed.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there are no elevators . The pool area doesn't have chairs to relax on. We didn't have a working iron. We asked for an iron in the morning, but the host said she will only be back aftet five. So we had to wear creased clothes the whole day. We were also supplied with one roll of tissue for 2 bathrooms. So we had to ask for more tissue.
