Really disappointed, couldn't stay in the property. It was absolutely filthy and very clearly neglected for a good few years. Pointless mobile aircon that didn't really work at all. To advertise as air-conditioned throughout the property when 2 rooms didn't even have a fan in 30° + heat. mould on the windows and shower and basin. Boxes in the property like a storage unit, the photos must be really old, doesn't resemble the photos. Owner not helpful, advertising checking in from 12 to 2pm. Property wasn't cleaned. Disgusting stained bedding. Ignored Ignored by owners, only positive was a partial refund. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs.

Having a portable aircon in Durban is absolutely beyond my comprehension. The place was outdated and tacky. Again, no aircon in Durban should never be allowed in Booking.com. I check out after 3 nights and the owners never made contact with me to talk about the early check out. I was scheduled to stay for 10 nights and paid for 10 nights but only stayed for 3. It was unbearable
