This was the biggest house in the city that we could find and the price was really good.

There was no access to the jacuzzi and we where told that we should have asked for it in advanced.

The house is too big for smaller groups but that’s a good problem to have.

We traveled for a wedding, the hosts were really friendly polite and responsive, they accommodated us even though we arrived 7 hours after the allowed check in time. The hosts allowed us to use the spar facilities also even though they are not advertised and we didn’t have to pay extra.

The pool table was great and the size of the accommodation was great.

The staff communication was appalling. You don't know who to speak to first. Luke or Sam or Lewis are the managers, Amy is the office person but no one answers the phone when you call. Booking.com can't even get a hold of them. I booked with them once before and they asked for a £300 deposit that still hasn't been returned. Places will most likely work but forget the communication when you need someone to talk to.
