Grade II listed Cottage with Sauna in Bakewell

The location of the property was excellent and the scenic walk to town suggested by our host was lovely. We would definitely stay again!

Nothing except that the property is located on the roadside so it can be difficult crossing at times and noise from traffic.

In a lovely town, this is next to am industrial park.

The cottage was cosy and clean. We felt at home straight away. It was incredibly well equipped. We loved the sauna! The owner has thought of everything. It is close to everything you could possibly need.

Great and helpful owner, good location with an easy and pleasant walk into Bakewell. Has everything we needed for a good few days stay, cosy with an outdoor space for bbq/fire pit and a sauna

This a really nice cottage with plenty of character. We really enjoyed our stay. The host added extra touches by providing chocolate Easter eggs for my children. We also had some fresh flowers to celebrate my mum staying with us at Easter time. Beds were comfortable, it was spacious for 5 of us staying. It was close to amenities we wanted to visit. The property was nice and warm and well kept. The host kept in touch and was very responsive. Plenty of board games for family on a rainy day. Nice brewery and a fab pizza, including a bakery and ALDI accross the road. Would recommend!

The location was great, walking distance to Bakewell was great, Thornbridge brewery even better and easy access to local walks. Good quality kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. The beds were super comfy. The sauna was a real treat

A tad noisy in the early morning from the road

Lovely , great location very comfortable. The log burner served us well because of the time of year. There is an Aldi straight opposite which is so handy. Everything you need. I would recommend this cottage it's very nice.
