It was clean and comfortable in a quiet location with easy on street parking.

As we are elderly and not very agile the steep stairs to our first floor room were challenging as was the high step to the shower without a handle to hold onto.

It’s was ok for price a close to town.

Other guest were slamming door an loud music an I have to pay an additional £100 which u get Back If no damage but it’s a £50 room what if ur on a budget an can’t pay extra £100.

Place was clean and secure

The fact 3 single ladies, got to house there was a man renting the 3rd room was not told there would be anyone else in the house let alone a man that got drunk fell over in the hall way after getting something delivered late at night and stayed on the floor for about 45 mins , we stayed there close to my mums for my 60th was so let down , we would of rented the house 3 /4 times a year as the location was perfect , now we have to find somewhere else

Very detailed instructions on how to check in. On suite room with complementary tea & coffee and a working smart TV. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and plenty of space to unpack your clothes. Towels also provided with an iron, ironing board and hair drier.

Walls and fittings a bit grubby looking. Stairs are very steep and narrow and no sound proofing.
