Les hôtes et l'accessibilité à la chambre furent faciles. Les échanges et la communication était parfaite et très avenante.

La chambre était si petite qu'on s'y sent presque oppressé. Il n'y a pas de place pour poser un sac à dos, pas de penderie, on ne peut pas du tout sortir ses affaires et ses habits. Aucun rangement dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Il n'y avait qu'un produit de douche, qu'on ne savait pas si c'était du shampooing ou du savon. La douche était pas très pratique. Les tasses mises à disposition étaient sales, avec un cheveu retrouvé dans mon thé. Les meubles perdent leur papier peint. Il y avait des tâches d'usure sur le duvet.

I liked the door locks, I liked the washing machine, I liked the room but not spacious as it seems.

We had paid extra to check i’m earlier and for the cleaner to come clean earlier. Only to have a “surface clean look” but there was spiders everywhere and spider webs. Additionally, the dustbins and surfaces were dusty and you could see no one cleaned it. The cleaning lady was 10 min late after our earlier check in. Overall pathetic service and for an extra £25. I did not like this. Additionally the heater on the wall leaked onto the floor and soaked the floor carpets and it took 2 days for the people to come look what is wrong. It was also pathetic.

It was NOT ideal. no hot water as the ( power shower) did not work. The other tenants were extremely noisy. There was no house keeping done. My son actually wanted to leave earlier as he was not comfortable there. I asked the owner for partial refund, which he said would not be a issue, but the manager who is not even in the country, refused. So in short, I would not recommend this property to stay.

The property was not clean enough. There were residues on the sink. The bathroom and sink did not appear to have been properly cleaned.
