Kitchen was disgusting heating didn't work shower run cold stairs to bedroom dangerous when my partner was disabled the bed strings was coming through

It was very noisy stair case was very tight

The location was covenient for my trip and the security of the property is good.

Space of the room is too small for 2 persons, no where to hang coats, shower door could not close, shower was dirty along with toilet. Tea cups and kettle was also not clean. Carpet had stains in it and bed was not good. Table in room was discoloured not in a good condition. Eliminate table, chester of draws and chair reconsider other furniture for better usage of space. Clothes air drier does not need to be kept behind the bed. Produce a utility room to store such kind of equipment.

Slightly shabby-patches of paint missing from wall, bedside lamp with lampshade not attached, no glasses to get a drink of water To improve put up lots more hooks to hang coats/bags on and a towel rail to dry towel overnight I did not like being asked to pay£100 prepayment- I think that is a lot I have not been asked to do that before

It was cleam upon arrival, but we stripped the bed as always before leaving, the mattress cover needed washing and the quilt was badly stained, kitchen was fine

The ensuit was badly planned out, if you are more than 5' tall and 50 kg the toilet is difficult to use, to clean your teeth you have to open the door because of lack of space as with leaving the shower to get dry

The modest kitchen is clean, with good facilities to cook and store food. There is a washer-dryer if it is required. The rooms are clean, with nice homey touches. The online staff are fast and helpful in replying to questions or concerns. We have stayed at the property 4 times now, over the last couple of years. It's affordable, convenient, clean, reliable. It has met both our expectations and requirements each time without fail.

It is a shared property, so the other 3 rooms are inevitably occupied. On this occassion one of the other occupants apparently had to get up early each day, and made no effort to not slam each door (bedroom, front) as he went about his early-morning activities. Obviously this is not something that could be controlled by the property management, but may be a consideration for others looking to stay here.

Very clean room and a comfortable bed in a quiet street. An easy 15 minutes walk into town. Great communication from Princess Joanne with clear instructions on how to access the property, all very easy and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Left at 9am (checkout was 10:30am) but was told I’d be charged £35 for “late checkout.” No proof has been provided despite requesting it. Very disappointing handling of deposit returns. Management also knocked on my door extremely loudly, disrupting me whilst sleeping very early morning on one of the days I stayed. They claimed this was for my own wellbeing when anxiety concerns were clearly ignored. David Taylor claimed his partner struggles with anxiety but a wellbeing check in the early hours of the morning waking up your guest in panic? Horrible experience. Even said my requests were “more intense” than other guests so they have no respect for their guests either. Do not book!
