The a c stoped working so I messaged the host and he sent help right away.

They said I would be able to check in early. But when I got there early. No help was as given and door would not open it was extra hot and I started to feel sick. Also AC broke 2 times they did fix it right away but sitting and waiting in the heat was bad!_

I did not stay. Felt unsafe and kept driving to Yuma where I stayed in a hotel. It did appear to be as neat as they could manage, but parking was bad.

Bad location, felt unsafe and drove on. Did not stay. Two cars parked so close I could not open my doors to get out luggage.

It had everything I needed to cook and eat in kitchenette

It had a bad smell

The area was terrible. It wasn’t a commercial area. No parking except on the street. Cars were parked in yards. I never entered the room. I wouldn’t stay in that area if you paid me. People walking the street like dope dealers. I will NEVER use booking.com.

It was private and peaceful

The room seemed much smaller than the picture on the web site.

I felt frustration because the key code information was given just before arrival. It should be announced the timing I could get this info when the reservation was made.

This studio attains just about everything one may need whilst traveling. I don’t think there is one property this particular host owns that I dislike. It’s almost funny - whenever I stay at a new reservation I end up genuinely enjoying.. every time without fail .. what do you know it’s the same host that runs it 😆. There must be something about their business approach, etiquette, interior design, details, etc. that hits the mark for me. I’ll be a returning guest at this studio and likely their other ones as well. Thanks!
