予約していたのに泊まれませんでした。 このホテルを評価しないとブッキングアプリのトップから消えないので仕方なく投稿しています

ブッキングでは予約が確定しています。だの、このカードで予約は保証されています、だの書いてありますが、ホテルいわく、メールや電話したのにお前がレスしないからキャンセルしたよ。とのこと。幸い、隣のホテルに空室があったので助かりましたが。 朝8時に電話したとスマホを見せられましたが、その時すでに飛行機の中だよ！と言っておきました。 なお、翌日以降の予約が心配になり、それぞれのホテルにリコンファームの電話を入れました。 ホテルのせいというよりは、ブッキングのシステム不備か？
