Staff was friendly and responsive

-Unable to rest well as room was facing the main road. Noisy roads only quietened at 1130pm. Noise restarted at 530am. - In addition to noisy roads, I heard rat noises outside my window on the 2nd last day. Not a comfortable feeling to feel - Couldn't bathe well as there were no warm or hot water. Upon addressing it with the staff, they mentioned that hot water was only available on certain parts of the day. When I turned on the tap of said periods, warm/hot water didn't come out as well - When I exited my room for the first time and closed my door, the door didn't seem to auto lock. I requested help and after multiple tries, the door locked itself. That doesn't seem very safe to me

The location

The room & restaurant are very small. The breakfast spread also needs to be improved

great hotel with great service. I recommend to go for room upgrade, the room is newly furnished with european standards. the other rooms a bit older.

easy access to NSIC grounds.

very noisy at night with active talking by employees. AC needed repair with the fins removed and cold air blowing directly to the bed. Bed linen looked used. Bathroom drain was clogged. No other good restaurants nearby leaving no option but to order from the overly priced hotel restaurant.

Wifi is unstable

Very good hotel for what we needed situation away from the centre but in Nehru place where they have a computer market and a complex with nice restaurants there. The hotel itself is kept to a good standard, housekeeping are very good and cleaning the room and replenishing the stock. As with all Indian hotels the drainage system is poor and find the bathroom tends to get wet but apart from that the room is very good and the staff are very attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay.
