Avoid this place at all costs! First of all, the room had a requirement to take out the trash, otherwise a €30 fine would be charged. There was a trash bin in the room, but no trash bags were provided. Were we supposed to carry the garbage out in our bare hands? The room also had a TV and an air conditioner, but neither of the remote controls had batteries, making them impossible to use. The most disturbing discovery was a bed blanket stained with dried feces, as well as a towel covered in feces left inside the cabinet under the sink where the hairdryer was stored. These findings absolutely shocked us. These are unhygienic and unsanitary conditions — how are they even allowed to provide accommodation services under such circumstances? For four nights and two people, an insufficient amount of toilet paper was provided. After we informed the hosts about all of these issues, they attempted to improve the situation — they replaced the feces-stained blanket and provided trash bags in the room. However, they did not bring batteries for the remotes, did not provide more toilet paper, and did not remove the feces-stained towel from the cabinet under the sink. After complaining again, one of the staff members came at 9 PM (while I was in the shower) and demanded that I come out into the stairwell so they could hand over the batteries for the TV and air conditioner remotes. In my opinion, this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable. Additionally, before our arrival at the accommodation, they imposed registration requirements and persistently messaged us demanding selfies with identity documents, as if my elderly mother and I were potential criminals. Tenía reserva por tres noches. En la primera noche me fui. Por booking a otro hotel, espantoso la humedad que habia. Nadie se hizo cargo Ni booking ni el establecimiento. Y consta que yo siempre saco por booking es mas me fui de ahi y reserve otro por booking Que pasa con esos dos dias que me cobraron y me fui. Nadie ningún ser humano Supo darme una solución. Conclusión siempre pierde el cliente? Yo lo reserve por que estaba en booking

Tenía un olor a humedad terrible. No se podía respirar ahi. A pesar de haber pagado me tuve que ir a pagar otro hotel. Consta en mi historial de booking Nadie se hizo cargo

Overall, the stay left a mixed impression. There was a noticeable smell of mold in the room, which forced me to sleep with the windows open. I would not recommend this place to people with health issues. It’s also clear that the room needs renovation. However, it does have all the basic necessities, and it was generally clean, except for the mold on the wall. I would also like to point out that the bed was uncomfortable. If you have back problems, this could be a significant drawback — personally, it was quite difficult for me to sleep. Overall, I can’t really recommend this place.

I didn't like it - there was a very strong moldy smell.

Appartement au calme, propre. La salle de bain est très bien
