The location. This hotel has the opportunity to improve occupancy and sales by spending some money for the general cleaning, improving the condition of the toilet, etc.

The room was not done properly, not providing any water, tissues, toilet paper, etc. Got the bath towel and a bottle of water when I had requested for it. There is a need to improve the grooming standards of the staff.
