Very high price for me service..no value for money asked

Rooms were clean though not expected as it was in bookin

Small rooms breakfast was not good

Staff were flexible on the check out date.. 24hrs check-in access and location close to T2 terminal. Bed comfortable size suitable for a couple. Room was clean.

Paid extra day to check in early at 4am room not available and no towels provided at check-in time. No hot water. No kettle in room TV remote did not work. Not big enough for a family with 2 kids. Room amenities need to be upgraded.

The location of the hotel room was good. One thing I liked in here was they were strict with rules of not allowing unmarried couples and didn't allow any drinking or relative things here.

The hospitality of the reception was poor. Many times, the telephone in the room was off, hence we had to personally go to the reception for water and other necessary requirements. The bathroom was not cleaned despite we told them to clean the room. The size of the room was terribly small, despite our request to provide us with a spacious room(deluxe ) because we were carrying an infant of 4.5 month, we were given this small room. In total a very bad experience.
