The Mews, private parking included, Windermere

Overall everything was very good only tricky part was the parking but we had been warned

Getting in and out of parking

Lovely little apartment just right for a family trip away. The location in Windermere was brilliant close to shops, restaurants and easy to either walk or get the bus into Bowness.

We don't have a massive car but it only just made it up the driveway and the road is Permit Parking, maybe looking at getting a permit for the property going forward

Great and central location close to supermarkets and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Spacious and clean residence, comfy beds.

Parking was nearly impossible for Nissan Qashqai. We found a free parking area in the parallel street/drive or parked on the street from 6pm to 9 am. There were molds on the walls of bedrooms and some corresponding damp smell. I guess this is typical for a place where rainy weather prevails.
