"A stunning place to relax & explore!"

Stunning cottage - everything needed for a home from home stay. The upstairs balcony and view was just perfect for enjoying relaxing times ….the view from the bedroom equally beautiful. The home was made very welcoming with special touches including a bottle of wine and snacks (thank you!). The location was great for exploring Forest of Bowland and Ribble Valley areas. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others too!

absolutely stunning property. clean and comfortable. bedrooms are downstairs and living area upstairs which gives whoever stays in the main bedroom a stunning view to wake up to in the morning as it has huge patio doors. The upstairs balcony is a particularly nice feature. The owner was so accommodating and came to our rescue when we needed a little help with an unforeseen problem (not related to the house). The house is well stocked with things you may need such as iron, hairdryer etc… quirky cottage but very chic and high spec.

There was nothing to dislike about this property.

"Fantastic family Easter break"

We stayed as a family of 4 (kids 5 and 3) and had a fantastic stay. Really comfortable property with everything we needed. Julie was a great host. Peaceful spot but in easy driving distance of lots of things to do with the kids. We’d definitely stay again.

excellent location, central to lots of activities and host helpful with things to do. There is a canal for paddle boarding/kayaking on your door step friendly neighbours and beautiful views.
