Spacious 2bdr Seminyak walking eat&shop street

We heard about this villa from friends who’ve stayed here multiple times and always raved about it – now we totally get why! Our stay was nothing short of perfect. Right from the start, everything was smooth and easy. The key handover was hassle-free, and we instantly felt at home. The villa is bright, spacious, and absolutely spotless, making for a super comfortable and relaxing environment. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of everything, yet quiet enough to unwind. We loved being able to walk everywhere and explore all the highlights without worrying about transport. The biggest standout? The incredible private service offered by the hosts. Whether we needed a driver, a chef, or anything else, it was all taken care of for us, making the whole experience feel extra special. One of the best vacations we’ve ever had! If you need someone cheap and cleanish its not too bad

The property itself is worn and is in need of a refurb, shower pressure is very very low.

The villa is big and really spacious, very convenient accommodation. Huge garden and outdoor area, we really enjoyed it! Small, but fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities we needed as a family. Location is just excellent, big grocery store, shopping, restaurants, laundry etc were just steps away from the villa. Yet still quiet and calm. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay

Es war alles perfekt. Haus und Lage ist top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde uns angeboten alles zu organisieren falls wir etwas benötigen, was sehr angenehm ist wenn man sich vor Ort nicht auskennt. So haben wir einmal einen privaten Fähre für einen Tag gehabt und einmal einen Koch. Hat alles unkompliziert und gut funktioniert. Alles im allen können wir das Haus und das Management nur empfehlen.

The location.

There was an ACTIVE security camera facing the pool area, when you walked past a red LED light would illuminate which is very unnerving and left me feeling I had no privacy. The villa wasn’t clean, none of the 3 doors would lock securely. When locked a gentle push would open them. The utensils were dirty, the kettle was broken, the water cooler would only supply hot water no cool water, broken floor tiles, very poor water pressure, The pool light was not secure and would come away from the wall. The villa is very run down and in need of a lot of maintenance. Although the biggest issue I have is the active security camera facing the pool area

Das Haus liegt sehr geschützt inmitten des Ortes. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, und wer es braucht bei der Hitze, dem steht noch jeweils eine Badewanne zur Verfügung. Ideal für zwei Paare, die jeweils für sich sein wollen. Der Pool ist sauber und wird stets gereinigt. Auch gibt es zusätzlich zur Klimaanlage einen Ventilator in jedem Raum.

Das Gebäude ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht es an den Wänden und an der Einrichtung. Aber das ist alles Ansichtssache. Mich hat es nicht gestört, und der Preis ist entsprechend und völlig akzeptabel dafür. Einzige Anmerkung: Man sollte mal die Schlösser zu den Schlafräumen und zum Eingang verbessern. Die haken ein wenig. Aber es dringt ohnehin niemand dort ungebeten ein. Es ist nur für das Gefühl. Ansonsten ist das Haus zum Kochen ausreichend ausgestattet. Ach ja der Wasserkocher geht nicht aus. Eine Kleinigkeit denke ich.
