Good breakfast. Great location and view. Great garden. Beautiful house.

Extremely overpriced. Awful accommodations. Little to no maintenance in rooms, particularly in bathrooms (shower did not work and was not checked by staff).

This property really looks like heaven. The bugambilias everywhere. Our room was comfortable and clean. Pool was clean and comfortable temperature. The food of their own restaurant was delicious too. We will come back for sure

Nos fue increible! Pasamos en familia un gran fin de semana. Muy bien atendidos y concentidos. De hecho hemos ido dos fines de semana seguidos. No hay la menor queja. Por el contrario, agradecemos enormemente sus atenciones.

Las instalaciones son preciosas pero el personal no es cálido, y no parece experimentado. Sobre todo los meseros.

The view is breathtaking and the gardens are beautiful

I was traveling from The Netherlands to Mexico and wanted to enjoy some days in Tepoz. We arrived to casa bugambilias on Wednesday. First unpleasant surprise, they wanted to charged me almost 30% from my rate in booking. I ask the receptionist to please double check as this is not what i agreed on, we spent more than 30’ waiting for her to check via WhatsApp with somebody about this. After this, she confirmed that my initial booking was ok. Second unpleasant detail, pool was very cold, no services to have a snack, dinner as the kitchen was close, Thursday they turned on the heat on the swimming pool… but still very cold to use it. still no kitchen open… if you want to buy or drink something in the hotel (even they don’t offer the service) you need to pay a fee for it “descorche” we asked the prices of it, and the staff didn’t know. so they don’t offer the service but they charge you if you want to bring something to eat of drink at the hotel. Friday the temperature of the swimming pool was finally ok… overall, from Wed-Friday we didn’t get 100% the services you are supposed to get from a hotel of this price… perhaps for a weekend Sat-Sun you can get an ok-ish experience. we are definitely not coming back to this hotel. it was supposed to be a nice short holidays with my family, which we had, but not because of this hotel. look at hotels around like the buena vibra… we are going there next time.
