Charles Alexander Short Stay - Botanical House

Parking was simple enough and near to the property. Close to the beach but Cleveleys itself is runned down. Can see what the property is trying to be with the floral glamour vibe. Was clean snd kitchen had good facilities.

The sofa bed in the living room was so uncomfortable and once pulled out made the rest of the room unusable. As such, this property should not be advertised as suitable for 4 people - more like 2! The boiler in the kitchen is very noisy if you are sleeping on sofa bed in lounge. Doors are very very heavy and could do with devices to prevent finger trapping of little ones. Smelt like the incense downstairs was trying to cover a damp like smell.

It's stunning and central owners attentive, everything u could need for a short stay, brilliant for couples

Some of the furniture was a bit cheaper,looked stunning but it did mean,bumpy bed and 2 of the dining chairs legs were bent. One was ok for my child, one couldn't use ..

Breakfast not included, location excellent.

The bed was not comfortable. In need of a new mattress.

Bedroom layout not very convenient

Excellent accommodation, well placed, and very clean.

Ideal location. Close to the promenade and shops. No noise.

Noticed a smell from the drains after using the bathroom sink. Bedroom mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.

The bed settee was broken so came home early.
