"I spent Christmas with members of my family but there wasn't room for me. My room was close by, warm"

Room was warm. Beds cosy. Shelfbin the bathroom would have been nice for toiletries. Bathroom radiator didn't work. Saw a man when I arrived otherwise didn't see anyone but it was Christmas so wasn't a problem.

Bathroom radiator didn't work, not wired in. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.
