NZGreat communication before and during our stay. House was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and spa was lovely.
Didn’t like that the train ran right next to property from 5.30am until 10/11pm at night and it was so loud so not a lot of sleep was had, could have conversations when it was going past as it was so loud. It was also soooooo hot that even with the fans going it was still way to hot air conditioning was definitely needed.
NZPerfect spot for our Auckland trip. The house was nice and clean, comfortably fitting all 6 of us. Big plus that our dog was welcome too! Chris and Michelle were excellent hosts—super helpful with all the accommodation details and full of great recommendations for things to see and do nearby. Location was great, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
Although the garage was too small for our big mini van, there were a lot of free street parking after 6pm. So no issue at all for us. Everything else was perfect.

Close to a train line. The trains were a bit noisy when the windows were open, but with the windows closed we didn't really hear them. There were no trains overnight, only during the day, so it didn't disturb our sleep. The host had made it quite clear prior to booking that there were trains nearby and we chose to book anyway. This is not a complaint, just a heads-up for others - if you think you will find the trains annoying then do not book. But as I said, we mitigated the train noise during our stay by closing windows when we needed to.

ZAVery well kept and extremely clean. All needs are taken care of and everything is provided. Beds are very comfortable.
The only critique is that it is right next to the railway lines. That should maybe be advertised.
NZLocation was perfect for Spark Arena, only a 5 minute walk away.
The property has trains running directly behind which were very noisy throughout the day, late evening and early morning which disrupted some well needed sleep.
GBI loved everything about the property , the location , the facilities , the availability of the essentials and very prompt communication by the host. I was even allowed early check in and I am so thankful. The property is so spacious, in a quiet neighborhood ( except train noise ) and only 10 mins walk to CBD. I highly recommend the place.
