AELocation, beds were really comfortable and it was well equipped
Trains were noisy

Trains running every few minutes, quite loud with doors open. Lovely unit but could do with a fresh coat of paint to the inside.

The death trap that is the super steep flight of stairs with no hand rail, and the property manager that doesn’t agree is a serious breach of building code and any health and safety policy on the planet.
NZWalking distance to city center. Walking distance to Parnell road which has so many restaurants/cafes to choose from. The town house looks quite new and clean. The owner was very easy to contact and her tips about the surrounding area were very useful.
It's close to the railway tracks. But it really wasn't that loud inside the house. It actually served as a good ASMR after listening to it for a bit.

The veggie peeler was really bad 😅, no complaints about anything else. Our twin son & daughter would have preferred two single beds, but no biggie they coped.

No handrail on first flight of stairs, quite dangerous.
AUBeds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Walking distance to the CBD and restaurants. Jacuzzi was simply the absolute best thing ever.
The trains running behind the property woke us up very early every day.
