Auckland City Escape Modern Home with Spa Pool

I loved the whole layout and the vibe of the home it was some homely and my kids absolutely enjoyed the spa and their stay!! Will definitely book again in future. Location is sooo good being by cbd & the off ramp to Motorways

The location was perfect and we had a wonderful day with our daughter who graduated. It was a very quick trip arriving at 3pm and leaving the next morning at 6.30am the following morning due to getting back home for work. Our stay was comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the coffee machine and kitchen facilities were great!

Unfortunately our ute did not fit in the garage. I would definitely recommend a heat pump/air conditioning on top and bottom floor as it was extremely hot, having the fans was good. The trains were loud, lol...

An amazing apartment, very spacious, perfect for our group of 5 - lots of room to spread out. Loved all the amenities, it had everything we could have wanted - wished we could have stayed an extra night and used the spa pool! It was great to be able to park car in the apartment garage - so handy. Location was perfect for us - concert at Spark Arena was a 5min walk away.

Wonderful home, it exceeded my expectations. The spa was a great addition to the home and it was very relaxing. A little getaway for my family and I loved how it was a pet friendly home and the venue we needed "Spark Arena" was a 5min walk.

You can't help that the accommodation was right next to the trains however when the door was closed you couldn't really hear it and it was only for a few seconds. We had a 7 seater truck so it was a little hard to park it in the garage and have us try and access the main room also, but we managed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We arrived here with our kids to be blindsided by the loud train that you can almost touch as it goes past the windows every 2 minutes or so, people next door smoking weed and it blows into the room so we had to close everything up so our kids didn't get high. The incredibly steep stairways separating master (WHICH IS OFF THE GARAGE AND NOT PART OF THE REST OF THE LIVING SPACE) with the living in the middle and then the kids' rooms on the 3rd floor WITH THE SAFETY LATCHED REMOVED FROM THE WINDOWS the kids' beds were set up directly under the wide-open windows straight down to the concrete 3 stories below. With our own room off the garage at bottom level it would have been incredibly unsafe to be set up like this, so we requested to leave. We were there for all of 15 minutes before booking elsewhere and leaving the place untouched. We checked and double checked the listing before coming here and made it very clear the age of the kids we were travelling with and even asked about the best room for the kids before arriving and not once were the bedroom layouts or safety of windows or train proximity bought up. When we kindly and calmly explained the situation to the owners, they just stopped responding to us at all, so I guess we can take that as a no??????? When it comes to safety, drug use and noise I feel this should have been understood by the owners, but they appear to just be out for the money with no regard for families using this space.

Location was great, facilities good.

Every was great. Beds were super comfortable.

Didn’t realise how close it was to the train tracks so if you are looking for something that is more quiet this isn’t the place

Everything was great except kitchen needs salad bowls and a couple of platters 😊
