NZGreat location, super friendly and helpful host. Comfortable beds and clean! Everything you could want in easy walking distance, overall comfortable house in a pretty quiet neighborhood.
Pretty tight space for a family of 5 to fill. Really tight garaging - my medium sized sedan only just fitted in, and passengers had to get out before I moved the car in or out. Plumbing is very noisy, whether upstairs or downstairs. Could do with some way to cool without needing to open windows, as the mosquitoes were intense on first night.

nothing at all it was great! only suggestion we have is having extra blankets but we did strike a chilly weekend.
MYThis place is SUPERB! It is really worth of money as compared to other equivalent priced hotel/accm. Great location, just 1km to city central. Clean and the owner prepared us different flavors of tea. Kitchenwares are clean and well equiped. Rooms are big, clean and comfy.
The ground floor room is less soundproofed as we were woken up by the renovation noise next door.
