Cosy authentic flat in the heart of Galashiels

Lovely comfortable apartment right in town location was perfect for visiting friends. Very near station. Will definitely be staying next time in area

Really comfortable flat with lots of little extras, tea, coffee, cooking oil etc. Beds were really comfortable and it's in a quiet street

Oven tray was not clean and we couldn't work out how to make the cafe gusto machine but that could be us! Otherwise we had a great stay thank you

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and squeeked If you opened the bedroom window the smell of bird poo was quite overwhelming Had to be organised with parking, directly outside you could park after 5:30pm and before 8:30am, opposite you could park for 1 hour between 8:30am and 5:30pm. There is a good car park just round the corner opposite the bus station which only costs 50p for 2 hours We were told we could store our bikes in the secure area at the top of the stairs, but on arrival the outer door was not functioning

Excellent location, Fabulous apartment!

Clean flat and everything that we needed was there. Good communication from the owners and explanation about address and check in process. If we were to come again to Gala we would be happy to stay at the same flat again so therefore we would recommend it for other visitors too.

The heaters in kitchen/sitting area were a bit temperamental but as it was not too cold it was fine for us.

Beautiful, clean, and everything we could need. Very well positioned flat, close to the centre of Galashiels. The hosts kindly provided various tea and coffee which was wonderful.

Initially the flat was very cold until we put the heating on,due to being a very old stone building. Also, being on the second floor, we thought the spiral stair tower should have a rail or a rope to hold onto for safety.
