Cosy authentic flat in the heart of Galashiels

It was very central for everything

No clock in the house would like to have some bowls for heating stuff up in the microwave the only thing that let it down was the entry to the flat with all the black bags lying about wasn't very welcoming

Central location, close to bus interchange.

Outside of flats, bin area was filthy with bird droppings and spilt waste. It was so dirty, we didn't put our rubbish out as we didn't want to touch bins.

Really good arrival instructions and nice hostless entry. Location couldn’t have been better and there’s lots of parking options nearby. Just like the pictures. Had just about everything we could have needed with some lovely touches, loved the tea selection and coffee machine. First time in Galashiels and it was great from this stop.

The bedroom curtains weren’t long enough to cover the window when in bed (pic just for reference) and the foot board on the bed sticks out (hurt my knee on it). When these really wee things are fixed it will be perfect!

Location very handy. Flat well equipped. Plenty of places to eat, and shops.

Entrance way/side alley, but there's not a lot can be done to change that.

Great location, comfy beds, modern bathroom and kitchen, towels and bed linen provided. Everything needed for short stay

Living room furniture could have been more comfortable. Also living room lighting could have been more subtle eg a lamp as well as main light.

This flat was booked by me for my son and girlfriend to stay in while they visited as I have no room in my own place. It was excellently located central to what they needed. My son reports that it was very comfortable and met his needs perfectly. I loved that the owners kept me informed and had great communication with regards to what was what in the flat, even though I couldn't reply back

Unfortunately bookings.com wouldn't allow me to reply to the messages that the owners sent due to an issue with the app. So I felt a bit like I was ignoring them. This was not the case and I apologise for that

Every time I used the kitchen sink it leaked all over the kitchen floor when we drained it

Central to town and easy to find.

It was cold and due to the electric panel heating, it took a day to warm up. I just kept a fleece on for the first night.

Very close to train, bus, shops and restaurants. The flat was well supplied with everything you need in the kitchen, the whole flat was clean, bright and the pot plants made it feel like home. Warm and cosy despite the snow outside.

The is a short, well lit alley to get to the entrance, which would have made me nervous had I been alone.
