Cosy authentic flat in the heart of Galashiels

Excellent location for us and very bright and clean

As you entered the access lots of rubbish bins and lots of waste on ground very smelly. Bed was uncomfortable noisy neighbours during night someone put washing machine on at 3am. No toilet paper and no one around to deliver but we’re offered recompense for toilet roll cost at end of stay.

My hosts were very quick to reply to messages and it was easy to check in using the key box. The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. Nice bed, beautifully decorated and furnished, and the location is ideal. Great for two people, and it also sleeps four with the sofa bed in the living room. I'd definitely stay again. Galashiels is a lovely town too - very friendly with interesting shops and restaurants, and there are easy train and bus connections to Edinburgh.

Washing up liquid/tea towel would be useful.

Location was excellent. Flat was very clean. Loved all the prints and pictures on walls. Clear instructions given for heating etc

No light in enclosed hall area, which left it pitch black with us depending on phone torches to get in and out.

The well-equipped kitchen was a great convenience for our family, allowing us to prepare our meals and spend quality time together. Your kind and generous hospitality was truly the highlight of our stay. We felt like valued guests and appreciated your willingness to offer us a discount for an extra night. It made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Immaculate flat decorated to a high standard facilities very good close to all amenities shops bus station and train station good value for money
