very easy access to the venue i was working at.

the living area had only a couch for seating. it would have been nice to have a recliner or additional seating. this is not really a complaint. the home was very comfortable other than this one issue.

"Superb"

Very convenient location for our reunion at Cox Hospital North School of Nursing. I loved having my own room and the second bathroom. The house was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed morning coffee before the days activities. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch our last eve watching the fireflies and the lighting show!

I wanted the gazebo to be repaired and open so it could be the ideal place for morning coffee or evening barbecue 😋

It was clean!

Beds are hard! Pillows were flat. There were just sheets for the sofa bed no pillows/blankets! The property is not in a safe area.

"Superb"

The home was very cozy and quiet. There was everything that you would have in your own home. All the way down to the top ramen and garlic salt. The towels were clean, the shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. Body soap was good. There was a really nice new washer and dryer set. I didn't have to use it, although there was soap and dryer sheets if I needed to.

The beds could have been more comfy. The pull out couch was the most comfortable to sleep on.

"It was a great little house and the property manager was very friendly and easy to get a hold of."

Very convenient location for the fairgrounds. The house was laid out nice. Washer and dryer was nice you don’t get that at most motels.

The only thing I would change is a couch with recliners but other than that it was great stay.

"Very cozy and cute house, all negative was the narrow driveway."

Very cozy and clean facility.

While there is a large area for parking the driveway to the parking area was too narrow for us to pull the car trailer into. There is a retainer wall on the left and a tree on the right of the driveway. The road is also very busy so there was no parking in front of the home either. We had to leave the trailer at the racetrack all weekend. For reference, we were there for the Turkey Bowl at Springfield Raceway and were pulling an enclosed car trailer.
