"Great location, close to city and parks."

Good space and close to centre city

It could have had more cutting knives and more pots. The garage was good but didn’t fit our SUV so maybe a mention in the comments that it best fits a smaller car.

Location is excellent. Central city within easy walking distance. Apartment is spacious and adequate for two people.

Outside patio had not been cleaned, with old leaf litter and mould. Garage was full of old leaves and could have been swept. Rubbish bin was full and unemptied.

The location is good, the hse is cozy

There are 4 flight of stairs without a lift, so it could be an issue if you have heavy luggages

"Clean, tidy, spacious apartment in great location"

The location was perfect for our purposes, easy access to friends, city and Hagley park. Quiet space, elevated apartment, balcony. Kitchen appliances were clean and we had all we needed.

"Central, Quiet and Comfortable with Garage on 3rd floor"

Vicinity to hospital, Ronald Macdonald House, CBD. Close to many restaurants etc. Very Clean, comfortable and has Garage.

3 flights of stairs to get to apartment so not suitable for those with disabilities.
