Prime CBD Hospital Location Plus Garage 2Bdrms

Pretty much everything great location minutes from everything. Lovely apartment and well equipped and spacious.

One really small thing was water pressure was low so shower was a bit slow but hot so good enough

Great location, easy to walk to the city and to the park and Botanical gardens. Beds very comfortable.

Was a little chilly in the bedrooms, but there was extra bedding so it was ok.

The location was great especially for what we wanted todo The property was excellent could t fault it. If travelling to Christchurch again, will be checking if this property is available.

Loved the location! Easy walking distance to all central areas and beautiful parks and entertainment options. The oil heater was handy in the bedroom, and the large reverse cycle aircon in the lounge area was very good at heating the living and kitchen areas. We really liked how quiet it was, considering we were staying so close to the centre of Christchurch. Also always very handy having a washing machine.

It would have been nice to have a better quality fry pan to cook with and some steak knives. My mum said she felt it was odd that there were no coasters to put our cups onto. We thought it might have been nice to have electric blankets on the beds as an option also.

Nice and spacious. And the location is perfect for our city walk. Beds are super comfortable! We really enjoyed the additional space and the great Wifi.

Our Toyota highlander was too big so we couldn’t close the garage door. Although it is nice to not having to find car parking. So it’s a bit hard to get in if you have a larger car. Oh and there are stairs as apartments on second floor.

Great location. Met our expectations inside the apartment. Older building but that wasnt an issue
