The telly wouldn’t connect to the internet, insufficient toilet rolls and air freshener, which meant we had to go out and buy our own, and better bathroom towels would be good!

First of all this was not BRAND NEW. Four bedroom, yes. Brand new, absolutely not. Please do not keep misleading customers into believing this is brand new. We paid for 3 nights but ended up leaving on the 3rd night due to the poor conditions. The shower was borderline moulding, the bedsheets with yellow piss stains, the walls scratched with marks, all sorts of disgusting dried patches on the couch. The experience was unbelievably bad and traumatising we may not even return to New Zealand.
