NZI had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, lovely area and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host made check-in smooth and easy. The location was perfect. quiet, yet close to everything. I especially appreciated the little touches like the well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy heating throughout the home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay

Recommend an HDMI cord so we can plug into personal Sky account or maybe a smart TV. Not sure if you had a BBQ to cook steak dinner or bacon breakfast?

GBVery clean, spacious and in a quiet location. Comfy beds, good showers. Kitchen well-equipped with lots of plates, bowls, cups etc.
No real dislikes. It’s a fair way from the centre of Rotorua so you need a car (which we had).

Bedding and towels were very poor quality ….. we couldn’t get the air con to work and no instruction book.

The beds and pillows are very firm. Would be good to have a range of pillows available. Towels etc were also poor quality. Some had bleach stains on them!
