Hotel is more than expected , Hospitality is Awesome , Specialy Juhi Mam at the front desk is nice and very Corporative, just a little advice the mini bar concept is ok as the eatable things you put in the basket is ok but the charges are high as per market either you put a tag Available on DEMAND unconsiously someone eat you will charge it in his bill this si just a advice.

Nothing is there that i did'nt like all ok.

The rooms were clean.

We liked the location ,that is why we chose the place

It was a night of hell, just as 4 memenber of my family fell in to a deep sleep after a long day of travel. just passed midnight the building work started, the hammer started banging at 12.45 am , and I had to call the reception, it did not stop!! My son wdnt dosn four times and I had to go down to the reception few time, still 2 hours later there was the sound, then drill noise started. It was hell night for us 4 in our 3 bedrooms. All we wanted was to sleep. If we wanted noise, we could have slept on the road 😤

I stayed here three nights and was very pleased overall. The property is newer and everything feels clean. The breakfast buffet was quite satisfying and it was nice to sit outside on their "SkyDeck" (which is actually on the 2nd floor, not on the rooftop as it sounds....you cannot go onto the roof). The A/C worked great, the bed was comfy and the room is nicely decorated, even has a fridge. The location is decent, it's a (very horn-ridden) 20-minute walk to the Golden Temple. It's easy to find a hotel closer to the Golden Temple though few if any will be as clean as this place.

I paid with a credit card and my card was charged twice (they were having issues with the machine, don't think it was intentional.) I noticed the double charge a few hours after checkin and went down to show them and there were no issued getting the second charge reversed. The showerhead was broken and most of the water came out of a hole on the side. I just had to tilt the showerhead sideways to make it work though it wasn't perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable with easy walking distance to the Golden Temple.

I had read excellent service at the front desk. I don't know what has changed, but we asked for a toilet roll 7 times and never received any. Everything was an issue. The young ladies were miserable. They seemed more bothered about selling you a tour and recieving the commission than actually helping.

The restaurant is a joke, they should not offer breakfast. First day I was half an hour before closing and everything was finished. No coffee no nothing. Staff was more or less annoyed when o showed up. Second day i was earlier, no staff, hardly any food so I left for coffee down the road.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel very much. They have new decorated clean rooms and perfect service a specially from Ms. Juhi and Ms. Shivangi The hotel has a very nice restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next travel to Amritsar.
