USThe location was nice being walking distance to John’s pass. Shops and restaurants were very close. The beach access was right across the street.
The rooms are smaller than we anticipated. The location is waterfront but NOT beachfront. The pool is HIGHLY chlorinated and burns your eyes! It’s very small and you have to walk across a parking lot to get to it which isn’t ideal with kids. The parking situation is confusing, if you park on the left side the Marina manager is liable to tell you you will be towed and he is not very courteous. Our washer didn’t work and we had called several times and were told they would put in a work order, but it was never fixed. This was very inconvenient for a week with recycling towels and bathing suits. The water pressure is NOT good, the shower was more like a trickle.

Water pressure, no bunk beds, not big enough for 6 adults. Granted we knew about beds but appeared to be bigger in picture. So my bad. Toilets needed adjusting so they filled with water, we fixed, air conditioning plugged again we fixed.
USUSUSWe loved the view, proximity to the beach, and the condo was nice and comfortable. They even provided 3 beach chairs!
The ceiling fan in the master bedroom clicks loudly so we couldn’t use it.
