When we arrived, the payment was $250 more than the agreed price WITH taxes and fees. They said it was a $250 pet fee and was non refundable. When we got to our apartment, it was too warm. We checked the a/c thermostat and set it at 72. It showed it was set at 80°. We could not get the temperature to cool. I called and informed the office. They said just to give it time, it was just the heat. (It had been 2 1/2 hours since we arrived.) 5 hours later, it was still 80°! I called again and a work order was submitted. We were there 24 hours with no a/c. The technician had to replace a part on the roof AND install a new temperature control in the apartment. He also told us to leave the utility closet door open because the air return was in there. We had a group and needed 2 parking passes. We stayed M-F and their parking had plenty of open spaces. We were told only one parking pass was provided per apartment and others would have to find parking elsewhere for $3 to $3.75 per hour. I rented an apartment trying to SAVE money and ended up paying $400 a night! The floors were not mopped recently as evidenced by how black my clean white socks became from just walking around the apartment. One staff member was extremely rude and condescending towards us. He did not care about the customer or our expectations. We booked thru Booking.com and there was NO information listed about what he referred to as "fine print" items. He offered no discount for our trouble & discomfort or to help offset some of my friends parking costs.

There wasn’t enough parking. The apartment didn’t have soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. the floors weren’t clean when we got there, we weren’t able to check in until 4pm. Elevator lobby smelt terrible. Asked to speak with a manager and one wasn’t available.
