Extremely clean. Fine attention to detail. Nice hosts. Organised information folder. Nice place to stay. 10 mins drive from Sandbanks beach.

Beds were comfortable & we felt at home Enjoyed being near Pool Quay Owners were in contact to make sure we were ok and happy.

"Lovely place in good location particularly if you’re not bringing a car and have younger kids."

Nicely decorated and cleaned well throughout. Good location.

Parking was difficult despite allocated space. Location of space, narrow road and neighbours parking made it extremely difficult to access spot. No dishwasher - cutlery was very dirty, presumably as handwashed by previous occupants. Single beds seemed very small - not reallly big enough for adult size teenagers. £85 cleaning fee seemed excessive for such a small place for 1 nights use.

"Poole house"

Really comfortable, nicely furnished accomodation, great having own parking space. The location was amazing, walking distance to Poole Quay.

There wasnt any negatives.

No teapot and quilts too small for big people,king size would be better.
