"Lovely family property in a great location to explore the Dorset coast."

Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the seafront and supermarkets. Great to have a parking space and a good little outdoor space for our dog.

"Perfect stay"

Beautifully furnished and supplied with all you could possibly need. Everything is new, decorated with taste and spotlessly clean. The room perfumes were a nice touch. The beds are super comfy and the area was quiet, so a great night’s sleep. Appreciated the dedicated parking space. Perfect location : 2 minutes on foot from the sea and 5 from the Quay.

This property was perfect! Everything inside was so clean & such a comfortable stay. I stay in holiday let’s a lot for travel and this is up there with one of the best I’ve stayed at! Quiet & safe location with parking right outside too Nicole & Tom the owners were very helpful & fast at responding, will definitely be back!

"It was a very modern clean home which was dressed perfectly. The 5min walk to Quay was a bonus."

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable Kitchen was well kitted out

Finding the parking space was confusing No wardrobe in double bedroom. No outside Lights , it was very dark when we stayed.

Lovely layout. Outside area adds another room in the summer. Everything thoughtful and tasteful. Impressed and I’ve stayed in many short stay rents. Tom and Nicole were friendly and tremendously helpful. House spotless. Highly recommend.

Liked it all. A downstairs loo with 5 of us would have been brilliant but bathroom was fine and we managed!

"Great property to explore the local area."

Lovely, clean, modern property. Great position, close to Poole Quay. Access to The Quay area with many pubs and restaurants. Rockfish was our favourite. Walking distance to large Sainsbury’s store The hosts were very communicative and checked on us during our stay. We drove over to Branksome Chine and Canford Cliffs. Walked into Bournemouth from there. Lovely beaches. Large dog friendly beach at Branksome Chine.
