The hotel was actually over booked so we didn't stay in the the hotel side. But they accommodated us with one of their apartments attached to the Galt House.

We didn't have hot water until after calling hotel they sent engineers to our room fix issue. I didn't like the location of the room due to the amount of walking it took to get to my room..

The location was perfect. Close to everything. Walked everywhere.

We were upset that after came back to our room the door was open. It wasn’t closed properly. The only that was done in our room was bed make and towels refresh.

The location with a beautiful view of the river from the room, how spacious the room was, the comfortable bed, the staff who were very helpful and accommodating
