It was easy to check in, the rooms were nice and clean

Parking is expensive and honestly sucked. I have also not received my deposit back for my stay.

Location and staff was great

We were in town for a concert so being in walking distance to the venue was super nice.

I feel for the money we paid, there should have been breakfast but that was not a deal breaker for us.

Location is unbeatable. Gift shop, coffee, bars, all within hotel.

Plenty of elevators but hotel is so busy that sometimes there was a little bit of a wait to get to/from hotel room.

The location was the best feature and the room was big.

I was very disappointed with the room we got. I knew we might not get a water view as it’s a busy time but I thought we would atleast have city view… we had a view of the parking lot. Then on top of it our room was right beside the stairwell, you really need to invest in new doors as they would slam shut so loud!! It interrupted my babies nap time during the day and woke us up many times at night, that’s all we heard was big bangs constantly. The bathroom in our room was also disappointing, very out dated. For the price of the hotel I would expect a standing shower… not a tub shower combo. It definitely fell very short of my expectations and would not stay again. Also we are still waiting on receiving our receipt by email.

The property was clean and staff were friendly.

We paid $260 for a suite. The first room we were placed on the third floor in smelled terrible. We had a horrible view of the side of a dirty building and a parking garage. Inside the room there were some awkwardly placed chairs where a couch was supposed to be. So we asked to change rooms. We were then placed in a room on the 9th floor. It was furnished nicely and had a better view. The bathroom had a shower curtain that was entirely too small resulting in mass amounts of water on the floor (a potential slip hazard) and the water in the tub did not want to drain despite the drain being open.
