'Marari Johns Homestay' Mararikulam, Alappuzha

If you want to soak up the slow life of an Indian village, this is it. It has a fabulous veranda from which you can see the locals getting on with their daily chores as well as a tea shop across the road for colour. The hosts are the most soulful people with an excellent sense of humour. It's very good value for money and the food is excellent.

Owners of homestay were very kind and helpful with everything. Food was delicious.

The Hosts are really good and helpful thanks to aunty and family. It's just a min walk to marari beach

The location is quite far from the city centre but if you need a house near beach this is the best place to stay

Jolie maison, notre hôte a pris le temps de nous accueillir et nous expliquer tous les endroits touristiques à visiter. Famille chaleureuse, bon petit déjeuner. La chambre est beaucoup plus grande que prévue (30m2 avec la salle de bain). Douche à part à l européenne, beaucoup d'espace. Terrasse accessible et plage à 2minutes à pied. Secteur tres calme. La maison était très propre! Je recommande ++
