I would like to share one of my worst experiences during a recent booking. I reached the property around 4:00 PM for check-in. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay a higher amount than what was shown at the time of booking. As per my booking details, the total cost for 3 adults was approximately ₹800. Instead, I was informed that the room was meant for couples only, and that it was being offered to others for a short stay of 4–6 hours. When I requested the final price for a full day with an additional mattress, I was quoted ₹2,000 for a very small 10x10 room, which was unreasonably high compared to the booking confirmation. Moreover, the images shown online (on the internet/booking.com) were misleading and did not match the actual property. I strongly feel that the booking process should be more transparent to avoid such discrepancies and inconvenience to customers. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure a better and more honest experience for future guests.

They ask for extra money and give the room 1100/- INR. I was paid the amount because of tiredness. Can I get the extra paid money back ??

Very bad experience, there is no cleanes and the staff taken me extra charge. The peice mentioned on booking site was totally different

I don't like room facilities and no internet very poor wifi service.. There is no lock in the door. In the bed there is a coming smell so I have made 4 night stay there is no one who came to clean their room. I am disappointed with this service..
