Staff behaviour and charged an extra amount.

Firstly, the owner denied that he accepts any bookings from booking.com and made me pay out Rs 1400 (for a rotten room). Despite showing him confirmation message, he simply denied that he had anything to do with booking.com and was fleecing me. The hotel was horrible as shown in the pics. Felt cheated that booking.com gave me such a terrible choice.

It's a pathetic hotel. No hospitality no attikets. No sincerity

Very pathetic rooms and staffs behaviour, worst service ever experienced, no water in washrooms, no AC water damped rooms

Hotel firstly denied the check in saying they don’t take online bookings p, after 2 hours of hurdle and discussions with the online site they agreed for checkin at higher amount. After checking they took full pay and give the worst room with no clean bedsheets and messy room with all wall water damped dropping on the bed. After repeatedly asking for changing room they keep on saying they will change the room which never happened. When I complaint about this to oyo the owner send some people to me to threaten saying get out of this hotel or we will throw your luggage out.
