Charming Lincoln Cottage Family & Pet-Friendly

Lovely cottage I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Lincoln

It was a comfortable and well equipped cottage. We liked the 2 reception rooms. Also the off street parking at the rear was great, although it was a bit tight on thecway in with others on street parking.

The steps to the 2nd floor were very steep - definitely not for anyone with mobility issues! The heating worked well but whilst downstairs got hot, the attic room remained quite cool.

Location was spot on, short walk in & to the restaurants, pubs etc. Lots of breakfast options in town. Property had everything we needed & 2 x shower rooms. Lovely coffee from the kitchen machine in the mornings which was a nice start to the day.

Heavier curtains in the 1st floor bedroom front of property would be good due to street light opposite the property. Stairs are a little steep in the property to get to upper floors & decking was very slippy outside due to the weather.

Excellent location, few minutes walk from the Cathedral, Bailgate and loads of bars and restaurants . Warm, straight forward heating system, great to have parking. Bedrooms were comfortable and we all enjoyed a great nights sleep. I grew up in Lincoln so know it well and have stayed in B&Bs, hotels etc many times on visits back. This was a great location to take good friends, in comfort and show them Lincoln.

The cottage was in a perfect location to explore the I interesting cathedral and surrounding streets.
