This apartment was by far the cosiest place I stayed during my trip. It’s beautifully set up, with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have really thought about every little detail to make you feel at home. I loved the peaceful location in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours, and it’s just a short walk to Dunkeld, which is definitely worth a visit. The surrounding nature is stunning and perfect for long, relaxing walks. I felt completely at ease here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Comfortable beds and sofas/seats. We're used to a medium/ soft mattress but we slept well. Stylish kitchen and bathroom. Small details mattered...the generous welcome goodies, the effort to tie in with Halloween season - pumpkin decorations, pumpkin-shaped mugs with hot chocolate, apples with red flesh. Lights, fluffy hot water bottles, extra books and games. A just in case basket in the bathroom. Wonderful creativity and care. We'd a practical issue and this was picked up and sorted within the hour. This was an ideal base for us for the music weekend we were attending. It would be a great location for anyone wishing to explore the Perthshire Hills, especially in the autumn.

The property was simply amazing. Many small things have been taken into consideration for potential renters. A lovely welcoming basket and hand written note, instructions on what’s available inside the town house, and pamphlets of things to do locally. Super clean.

This apartment combined comfort and cosiness with having absolutely all that anyone could need. What a wonderful place! Very easy to contact the hosts too.

Location was excellent… just off the A9/walkable from the train station/heart of Birnam/10mins from Dunkeld (ie quieter and cheaper!) and all in the heart of Scotland. So comfortable and clean. Lovely attention to details to make your stay a treat. Responsive and helpful hosts. Will be back for sure.

A perfect stay! The property is stunning and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into every detail, and the welcome basket was a delightful surprise. We would love to come back in the summer and make the most of the beautiful garden.!

Great property, easy to find and free parking outside. Well maintained and beautiful decorated - spotless! Made to feel very welcome with lovely hamper. Very cosy, despite storm outside! Excellent shower, great kitchen facilities - including washing machine and dishwasher. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was easy to find with clear instructions of where to access the keys. It was extremely homely and everything you could have needed for your stay was provided. We made use of the flask for our hike. It is a truly lovely place.
