"Luxury stay in beautiful Birnam/Dunkeld"

Everything was so comfortable and of a very high standard at the accommodation. Beautifully furnished and had all the facilities you would need for a perfect stay. Great location in walking distance of Dunkeld and a short drive to Pitlochry.

"very nice"

nice location, nice town, it really is equipped with eveything to make you feel at home, wouldve liked to get more use out of the kitchen

toilet seat is a bit high, uncomfortable (might need another toilet or maybe a little stool?)

It is a gorgeous property with character but has everything you could need and lots of little luxuries , so lovely to have breakfast in the garden. A real home from home . It was raining one day and we didn’t care - we just enjoyed lounging about the house.

Lovely flat with all the necessary features for a great stay, including reserved parking on the front and toys for our wee one. Top position, near the supermarket, Beatrix Potter's garden and exhibition, and a few artistic cafes. The back garden is just lovely. Extremely clear communication. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Fantastic location. We will definitely be back. Only a short walk into Dunkeld. Service and communication from staff also great.
