An exceptionally well presented holiday apartment full of thoughtful touches that brought a real sense of luxury. A lovely quiet location in the centre of Birnam with easy walking distance to Dunkeld and Birnam station. Private parking directly outside the property. Great communication from the hosts. We are looking forward to booking again next year!

Excellent apartment with everything we needed and loads of small touches. Best welcome hamper ever. Comfy large bed, beautiful furnishings and a bonus having the garden to sit in.

"Perfect for exploring the Highlands."

Very comfortable apartment, good quality appliances which are easy to operate. Good shower and comfortable bed. Quiet location with many accessible walks from the doorstep. Dunkeld a safe 10 min walk away. Good cafe opposite.
